Fuaryo: One Workspace for Event Operations

How Fuaryo brings registration, QR check-in, agenda, sponsors, messaging, and networking into one event operations workspace.

The product problem in B2B events is not just building a polished registration form. Registration, ticketing, agenda, sponsors, booths, field teams, check-in, messaging and post-event reporting all have to work at the same time. When those pieces are scattered across separate systems, organizers see the live state too late, and attendees, sponsors and operations teams act on different data.

We designed Fuaryo to bring that scattered operation into one shared event workspace. From the Tengra side, the value we want to show is not a customer adoption metric. It is the product scope, the response to field reality, and the modular architecture required for live event operations.

The current product showcase is shaped around eight event calendars, the organizer console, mobile experience and field flows. We treat that as product demonstration context, not as a named customer proof point.

One Event Model

The most important product decision in an event platform is not treating registration and check-in as separate worlds. Attendee profile, ticket status, session interest, sponsor engagement, lead capture and messaging preferences should all connect to the same event model.

In Fuaryo, the admin console, mobile attendee experience, field check-in flow, exhibitor lead capture and analytics screens all work on that shared model. Organizers can manage an event as a live operation, not just as a static list.

Field Flows Must Be Offline-first

Venue connectivity is not always reliable. When the network slows down at the check-in desk or booth area, the product cannot stop. That is why critical field flows in Fuaryo, such as QR check-in and lead capture, are designed to tolerate unstable connectivity.

Offline-first is more than a technical choice here. It is a product decision. Field teams need to admit attendees quickly, booth teams need to capture conversations, and the system needs to reconcile operation data back to the central model when connectivity returns.

Product decision

The most expensive failure in event operations is creating waiting time on site. That is why Fuaryo check-in and lead capture flows are designed first around field speed, then around central reporting.

In a B2B event, sponsors expect more than logo visibility. The product needs to answer which attendees were reached, which sessions created interest, which leads booth teams should follow up, and how post-event action is managed.

Because lead capture, sponsor dashboards, networking and analytics are powered by the same event model in Fuaryo, sponsor value does not become a manual report built after the event. It becomes measurable and actionable while the event is running.

KVKK-aware Product Experience

Attendee data in events is both operational and sensitive. Communication permissions, data minimization, form fields and follow-up actions need to be part of the product experience.

In Fuaryo, we treated KVKK-aware design as product behavior embedded into flows, not as a separate legal text page. What data is requested, why it is used, and which communication preferences apply are all interface decisions.

Architecture Lesson

In an event operations platform, the feature list is not enough. The real architectural value is making every surface speak to the same event model, from admin console and mobile app to check-in device and sponsor reporting.
